This product is an aqueous based cream, to help ease the effects of mild bruising. 

Herbal Content:
As this a full strength herbal extract of Arnica, use only as a topical application.

Suggested dosage:
This cream should not be applied to broken skin.

Dosage: Apply as required
Frequency: As soon as possible after bruising occurs and as required thereafter.
